Terms & Conditions
1. You must not visit the premises under any circumstances without prior arrangement with myself, the Pawmmunity Nurse.
2. Appointments are on a slot basis. You will be given a scheduled slot e/g/ "from 2pm". I will arrive at any time within the hour, which allows me to account for travelling to and fro other clients.
3. Full payment of service is required on the day via cash or card, regardless of whether the service was completed or not due to the behaviour of your pet. Subsequent visits to complete a service will be charged in full.
Pet sitting/boarding
4. If an additional collection/drop-off is required for your pet, (e.g. for a post op check), then please include this on your booking request form. A surcharge may be applicable to cover time during an additional pickup/drop off session.
5. In case of change of circumstances, any amendments to your booking, including times or dates will need to be confirmed with myself by the person named on the booking only. No refunds will be given.
6. Unless due to unforeseen circumstances I have to cancel your booking, your full booking payment will not be refunded under any circumstance. If my services are no longer required or you cancel the booking within 48hrs, no refund will be given.
Medical Record
1. If an animal has a medical condition of any sort, we must be notified at the time of booking.
2. If we have not been notified of such a condition or course of medication, we reserve the right to refuse admission.
3. We reserve the right to refuse to board any pet that is clearly unwell, or that we consider could be dangerous to our staff.
4. We reserve the right to contact a veterinary surgeon should we feel the need arises. All fees and charges will be the responsibility of the owner.
5. If your pet has any existing medical conditions, any medication they need should be supplied with clear written instructions. If the medication runs out, you agree for us to purchase further supplies on your behalf and for you to reimburse us for any expense incurred.
6. If your pet is supplied without or insufficient food for the duration of their stay, you agree for us to purchase further supplies on your behalf and for you to reimburse us for any expense incurred.
Emergency Protocol
1. In a case of emergency, the person you have nominated will be contacted via telephone, text and email.
2. The designated veterinary surgeon will be contacted and engaged if required as stated above.
3. The owner will also be notified by telephone, text or email
Aggressive / Destructive Temperaments
1. We do accept animals with aggressive or destructive temperaments.
2. In cases where animals are left that prove to be aggressive towards other animals or staff, or destructive to our facilities, we may contact you to arrange their removal.
3. All damage caused by an animal to any area may be chargeable to the owner.
4. The Pawmmunity Nurse takes no responsibility for loss or damage to any supplied bedding, leads or toys
Non Collection
1. Any pet not collected within fourteen days of the agreed date of collection may be re-homed by the Pawmmunity Nurse's discretion unless satisfactory communication is received from the owner within this period.
Data Protection
1. We retain essential client data for our business purposes only and do not share any clients’ data with external organisations. You can request at any time by e mail or telephone that we remove personal data from our records.
