When you contact me for dates and submit a booking form, I will send your invoice. 50% of your invoice is required upfront as a non-refundable deposit to secure the dates requested. Until the deposit has been paid, your dates will not be secured.

Once this has been confirmed, we will arrange and meet and greet. Please fill in the booking form and email this back to me before the meet and greet.

I will send an invoice reminder for the remaining balance 2 weeks before by first visit, this is non-refundable unless due to unforeseen circumstances which are down to my sole discretion.
