Pet Sitting/Boarding Terms
1. When you contact me to make a pet sitting or boarding booking, I will send you the invoice for your booking and a booking form upon confirming availability. 50% of the invoice is due as a deposit to secure your dates and is non-refundable. Until the deposit has been paid, your dates will not be secured.
2. Once the deposit has been confirmed, and I have received your completed booking form, you are welcome to schedule in a meet and greet with me, to see where your pet will be staying or for me to visit the address on your booking form and meet your pet. This will only be made by prior arrangement with myself.
3. An invoice reminder will be sent 2 weeks before your booking date for the remaining balance. This is non-refundable unless due to unforeseen circumstances which are down to my sole discretion.
4. Should I need to cancel your booking for any reason, including an emergency, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be refunded in full.
